Technical Service Support

American Access Controls is a service-oriented organization that has been serving Florida since 1999. Our goal is to provide service within 8 business hours. All our Service Technicians are:

  • Factory-trained to provide our customers with the best service available
  • Attend on-going training programs to keep up to date on the latest products and technology
  • They are dispatched to ensure that our customers are provided with the fastest service available
  • Customer engineer’s vehicle maintain an inventory of standard parts so that our customers have the least amount of down time as possible

American Access Controls provides standard service Monday thru Friday 8 am. to 4:30 pm. 24/7 service is available at emergency rates.

Telephone Support
During regular business hours, our knowledgeable staff is available to assist customers over the phone. If an issue is not able to be resolved, a service technician can be dispatched to the location to assist on-site.

Telephone Entry System Data Entry
American Access Controls will service a community’s telephone entry needs from our office. The customer simply emails the information that needs to be added, deleted, or changed.
